Toru Terada

Toru Terada (寺田亨) is a Japanese illustrator and comics artist (born March 28, 1967) originally from Japan’s Shizuoka area, who moved to Tokyo after high school.

He began professionally with illustration work alongside manga artist Atsuji Kamijo, and later made a notable solo comics debut with the sci-fi graphic novel Le Petit Monde (2005), created with French writer Jean-David Morvan.

For Magic: The Gathering, Wizards has featured his art in Secret Lair drops, describing him as having a strong reputation in the Japanese illustration world.
